At the Swift Creek AGM on April 29, 2014, a new policy for residential garbage collection was approved. Garbage collection is organized by the Swift Creek Homeowners Association and is included in the annual HOA fee. Recycling is not included in this fee. Although the same service provider collects both garbage and recycling, each resident is responsible for the cost of their recycling service.
